- This conference has on-site registration only.
- The payment can be made in cash with Japanese Yen, no creditcard payment.
- Postgraduate students are requested to be registered by the category of Member or Non-Member.
- At the registration desk, a name badge which allows you to attend any of scientific programs, scientific sessions, luncheon seminars, afternoon seminars and exhibitions will be distributed. All congress participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges at all times.
- A congress bag is available at the “Congress Bag Counter” next to the registration desk. Please present a “Congress Bag Exchange Ticket” attached to your name badge.
3. Social Event
Gala Dinner
Date/ Time: Friday, November 22nd, 18:30-20:30
Venue: “Shirotori Hall” 1F Bldg.4, NCC
The registration is fast-come, first-serve basis limited by 500 people.
4. Program Book
Program book is sent to all JASTRO members before the meeting. Members are requested to bring their own program books to the venue.
Purchase at the venue will cost 2,000 JPY.
5. Luncheon Seminars
Participants are requested to have Luncheon Seminar Tickets to join a Luncheon Seminar. Luncheon Seminar Tickets are distributed on the seminar day. Please note there are only limited number of tickets.

6. Drink Service
Complementary refreshments are available in the Event Hall (exhibition venue), 1F Bldg.1, NCC. and the lobby, 1F Bldg. 2, NCC.
7. Others
- Recording and photographing are strictly prohibited at any sessions on JASTRO2019.
- Please switch off your mobile phone or set it to manner mode during the session.
- Cloak Room is located on 1F of Bldg.1 and 1F of Bldg.2, NCC.
- Free wi-fi is available in the lobbies and Event Hall of NCC.
- Enforcement of traffic attributed to G20 Foreign Ministerial Conference in Nagoya is expected during the meeting. Participants are kindly advised to take public transportations to the venue.
