2. How to Participate JASTRO2018

• The registration desk will be at the 1^st floor of New Hall.
  To participate, please visit here during the opening hours below.
  *The registration desk will not be open in 10^th (Wed).

• This conference has on-site registration only.
• Junior Residents and Students are required to show a certification of your status at the registration desk.
• Postgraduate students are requested to be registered by the category of Member or Non-Member.
• At the registration desk, a name badge which allows you to attend any scientific programs, scientific sessions, luncheon seminars, afternoon seminars, social events and exhibitions will be distributed.  All congress participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges at all times.
• A congress bag is available for free at the “Congress Bag Desk” next to the registration desk. Please feel free to reserve it by a congress bag ticket attached to your name badge.

3. Social Event

Gala Dinner
Fee: 2,000 JPY

Venue: KICC 1F “Sakura”

To join the Gala Dinner, please register at the registration desk.
The registration is fast-come, first-serve basis limited by 500 people.

4. Others

• Drinks such as coffee and Japanese Tea, and also Japanese traditional sweets will be served for free at the New Hall and the Event Hall. Please enjoy variety of Japanese tastes and relax during the conference.
• A travel information desk is at the entrance of the main building of KICC. When you would like to have useful information for sightseeing in Kyoto, please feel free to ask the professional travel coordinators.
