Admission Guide

A person who desires to become a member of the Association is required to obtain recommendation and submit an application form with the membership fee of the applicable year, which must be approved by the Board of Directors.

Procedures up to Admission

Step-1:

Please download the application for admission,“Membership Application Form”
Fill out all the blank space correctly.

Step-2:

Please send the (original copy) of the completed admission application to the Secretariat.

Step-3:

Please remit the fees below using the invoice ,credit card payment application that will be sent to you later by email. This will be set off against the annual membership fee when your admission is approved.

(1)International supporting member fees are as follows: ★

Newsletter International Delivery※ ¥15,000
Newsletter Domestic Delivery※ ¥9,000
Both not required ¥5,000

[The Society’s fees ranges from September 1 through August 31]

※A language on JASTRO Newsletter is only Japanese.

Following(2)and (3) only applies to domestic medical license holders

(2)Regular member fee ¥18,000
(3)Supporting member fee ¥11,000

Step-4:

Having acknowledged the arrival of the original form of admission application along with applicable fees, the membership registration will be processed. Upon completion of the registration procedures, the Notice of the Completed Membership Admission will be sent to the designated delivery addresses by email.
